Ms. NAIM Sakona

Sakona is a Staff Attorney at the Housing Justice Unit of the Legal Aid Society in New York City and a co-coach of the 2024 RULE Jessup team. Prior to that, she worked as a short-term consultant at the Law Library of Congress and a volunteer at the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs in Washington, D.C., USA. In Cambodia, she worked with the International Labor Organization, R&T Sok&Heng Law Office, and taught Public International Law at the English Language-Based Bachelor Law program of the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE).

Sakona earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from RULE, Bachelor of Education in English Language (B.Ed.) from the Institute of Foreign Languages, and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University, USA.
