Mrs. LOR Kattika

Adjunct Lecturer: teaching Banking Law and Family Law.

Kattika is an Attorney-at-law and Managing Partner at An & Lor Law Group. She is one of ELBBL alumni and a faculty member who has always wished to contribute to the enhancement of human resource quality and the development of the program by means of sharing her knowledge and experiences with students and others.

Kattika is a dedicated lecturer and legal practitioner with over a decade of professional experience.

Drawing from her background in leading cases in a few law firms, Kattika leverages her expertise in areas including family law, corporate and commercial law, foreign investment, alternative dispute resolution, and so on, to provide students with real-world insights into Cambodia’s legal and regulatory landscape. She is committed to empowering the next generation of Cambodia’s legal professionals and aims to equip students with practical legal knowledge and skills to prepare them for professional success.

In addition to teaching, Kattika maintains an active legal practice where she advises local and multinational clients on matters such as contract drafting, commercial licensing and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, due diligence, workplace investigation, and family-related matters.

Kattika earned her Master of Commercial Law from Melbourne Law School, Australia. She also holds degrees from RULE, including a Master of Private Law, an English Language-Based Bachelor of Law, and a Bachelor of Education from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (“RUPP”).

As a legal expert and lecturer, Kattika brings immense value to the university through her experience, passion for teaching, and desire to help students thrive and help nurture future leaders who will shape Cambodia’s legal landscape.
