Phanna holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and two bachelor’s degrees from reputable Cambodian universities. He is equipped with both legal knowledge and a strong command of English.

For the last 15 years, Phanna has been working in the legal profession, specifically with regard to advising foreign and local companies in Cambodia and overseas on their legal matters and business transactions.
