Ms. Sokhany is currently the Head of Legal Consultation at Sethalay Law Office and Licensed Attorney at Law. Having been working in various law entities for almost a decade and joining various kind of regional and local training on different topic, she brings a wealth of expertise in corporate compliance, corporate due diligence, commercial contract, business licensing, security law and trust arrangement.  Between 2015 and 2020, she was the former Senior Associate at Sok Sipana & Associates. In 2014, she graduated her master’s degree in Public and International Law from University of Nice Sophia Antipolis in France. In 2012, she graduated a bilingual bachelor in law at Royal University of Law and Economics.
