Ms. LY Pagnavatey

Pagnavatey is an Attorney-at-Law and has many years of experience in legal practices both locally and internationally. Throughout her experiences working in big law firms in Cambodia, she has advised clients on various issues in relation to market entry in Cambodia and other day-to-day compliances.

She also had an experience working with an Interdisciplinary Environmental Clinic at Washington University School of Law, where she obtained her LL.M. degree under the Fulbright Scholarship, as a Law Student Counsel to draft a memorandum on environmental issues as a comment letter to submit to the United States Environmental Protection Agent on behalf of her client.
