Judge Sinath has a position in the Supreme Court of Cambodia. Not only that, she earned her LL.B. from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), is an expert in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure as well, and currently teaches those majors at the Royal University of Law and Economics and the English Language-Based Bachelor of Law (ELBBL).
