Mr. PING Panhapol

Panhapol is currently an Adjunct Lecturer in Public International Law and other majors at the Royal University of Law and Economics. He is a legal officer at the Department of Legal Affairs and Investment Law, Cambodian Investment Board, and the Council of Cambodia. He currently assists the Department Director with legal and international affairs. He has been involved in various significant legal frameworks, such as the new Law on Investment, the sub-decree on the Implementation of the Law on Investment, the Cambodia-China Free Trade Agreement, Cambodia-Korea Free Trade Agreement. He holds an LL.B. from ELBBL and a Master of Advanced Studies in Transitional Justice, Human Rights, and the Rule of Law from the University of Geneva.
