Dr. THORNG Tedya Raksmey

Dr. Raksmey is a lecturer of various programs at the University of Law and Economics, both French and ELBBL programs (bachelor and master degrees), where he teaches obligations law, contract law, tort law, corporate law, and insurance law. Also, he works currently as VP & Head of Legal and Compliance at a life insurance company.

He holds a master of business law (specialty in company law for the first year and insurance law for the second year) and a Ph.D. degree in private law from the University of Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France. His research focuses on insurance law, contractual and tort liability, especially the compensation of damages (moral, bodily injury, and property).
