He has had extensive legal experience managing and working in local and international law firms in different jurisdictions, including Cambodia, Singapore, New Zealand, and local and international research institutes. Besides actively engaging in defending clients in both criminal and non-criminal cases, his practice areas also include investment and commercial contract law, real estate management, commercial litigation, and arbitration.

Sarun earned his bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Law and Economics and the National University of Singapore. He later pursued his master’s degree at the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
