Kimboung is currently a legal advisor at Sithisak Law Office. He is also a former advisor, coach assistant, and currently a co-coach for the IHL moot court competition, as well as a lecturer for the IHL course. He graduated with a master’s degree from the China University of Political Sciences and Law, Beijing, People’s Republic of China, majoring in International Law in 2021, and his specialization is in International Humanitarian Law (focusing on Weapon Law and the Rule of Conduct of Hostilities). He enjoyed sharing his knowledge with students, juniors, and the public during his free time, and he is happy to assist anyone who wishes to furtherance their knowledge on either legal knowledge on International Humanitarian Law and International Criminal Law and/or career opportunities.
