Muni is a Partner and Attorney-at-Law at a boutique law firm, Heng & Partners Law Group. She is also a second-generation Commercial Registration Agent acknowledged by the Ministry of Commerce, specializing in incorporation and corporate compliance matters for the companies registered under the laws of Cambodia, and a member of the Appeal Body of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Club Licensing appointed by the Football Federation of Cambodia from 2020 to 2026. She earned her LLM majoring in International Laws from Seoul, South Korea, in 2009 after graduating from the Royal University of Law and Economics with her law bachelor in 2006.
