She also has a bachelor\u2019s degree in Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia, and a bachelor\u2019s degree in International Relations from the University of Cambodia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"color: #252525;\">Her area of expertise is Labor Law and industrial relations. She is currently a senior consultant at DFDL, where she has advised on several major labor restructuring transactions during the COVID-19 pandemic and has experience working with all major commercial sectors, embassies, international NGOs, and government agencies. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"color: #252525;\">She has previously worked with the Arbitration Council to support and advise the Arbitration Council in resolving labor disputes.
