She has been our Labor Law course lecturer since June 2016. Currently, she is doing her Master of Global Studies: Sustainable Societies and Social Change at J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping University, Sweden, which will be completed in June 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Phany has an extensive working experience in the employment and labour relations law. Before going for her current master study, she worked as a program specialist in social at the Hennes &amp; Mauritz AB (H &amp; M) production office in Cambodia for five years. Before that, she was a legal officer at Solidarity Center, an American labour support organization, and a legal advisor at HBS Law in the Labor and Industrial Relations Department.<\/p>\n<p>Phany, on top of her current study, holds a Master of Employment and Labor Relations Law from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
