Penghuy is a lawyer registered with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, a business registration agent accredited by the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia and an adjunct lecturer at ELBBL. His practices lie in banking & finance, secured transactions, capital markets, insurance and technology. He also advises clients on a broad spectrum of areas including corporate transactions, commercial contracts, real estate, labour and taxation.<\/p>\n
He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand and a Diploma in Cambodian Tax from CamEd Business School. Further, he passed a tax agent certificate exam conducted by the National Tax School of the General Department of Taxation and an exam for approved persons in securities sector.
