Since 2013, the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (RWI) provides scholarships to female students, who complete their foundation year and are admitted to ELBBL. As of 2021, 77 female students received scholarships from RWI.

To be award the scholarship, the student must meet the requirement as follow:

Sweden Scholarship: RWI, with funding from Swedish Development Cooperation, therefore for the seventh time announces eight (8) scholarships for female students, who have already completed their foundation year at a Cambodian University, to enroll in the English Language Based Bachelor of Law program (ELBBL) at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). In addition to the regular courses at ELBBL, the scholarship holders are offered a series of human rights seminars organised by RWI.  https://studyinsweden.se/scholarships/
