In 2017, Vannak obtained a Bachelor of Law from the English Language-Based Bachelor of Law Program (“ELBBL Program”) at the Royal University of Law and Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication from the Institute of Foreign Languages. Then he started working at HBS Law for two years. Later in 2019, he pursued my LL.M. at Lund University, Sweden, where he graduated in 2021.

Currently, Vannak is an adjunct law lecturer at the ELBBL Program and an attorney-at-law and senior associate at HBS LAW. At the firm, he has been handling matters including, but not limited to, advising clients on laws and regulations applicable to general corporate and investment matters, banking, and finance; drafting various agreements; conducting due diligence; representing and defending clients before the courts; and preparing many different legal documents as needed by valuable clients.
