Ms. PRUM Savada

Adjunct Lecturer Teaching Corporate Governance and Practice

Ms. Savada is a Partner and Head of Commercial Dispute Practice at R&T Sok & Heng Law Office. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in commercial dispute resolution and has a diverse portfolio of successes in arbitration and litigation. Her legal journey commenced at RULE and American University Washington College of Law, where she earned her LL.B. and LL.M. in Trial Advocacy, specializing in international commercial litigation and arbitration, respectively. Before her tenure at R&T Sok & Heng Law Office, Savada honed her skills through an internship at a prominent mediation firm in Boston and nearly two years with a local business and legal consulting company in Cambodia. Savada is a trilingual legal expert, proficient in Khmer, Thai, and English.

She holds a membership in the Cambodian Bar, is accredited as a CEDR Mediator, and serves as an Arbitrator and Mediator at the NCAC. She is also recognized as an Approved Person for Securities-related Services by the SERC.
