Ms. CHAN Raksa

Raksa holds a master’s degree in Labor Law and Corporate Governance from the University of Bristol and a master’s degree in Public International Law from the Transnational Law and Business University in Seoul. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia, and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Cambodia. 

Her area of expertise is Labor Law and industrial relations. She is currently a senior consultant at DFDL, where she has advised on several major labor restructuring transactions during the COVID-19 pandemic and has experience working with all major commercial sectors, embassies, international NGOs, and government agencies.

She has previously worked with the Arbitration Council to support and advise the Arbitration Council in resolving labor disputes. Subsequently, she joined the International Labor Organization in Better Factories Cambodia, where her work focused on labor and social compliance and advisory services for improving labor standards and conditions in the garment, textile, and footwear sectors.
