Pisal has a Master’s in Public International Law, specializing in Law of the Sea and Maritime Delimitation, from the University of Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France. Currently, he is the Deputy President of the Cambodia Law Association, “Sala Traju Association” in charge of academic research and publication. In this context, he is also a deputy director of the trilingual and semestrial law bulletin, “Sala Traju Law Bulletin.” He is a lecturer of the law of the sea at ELBBL within the Royal University of Law and Economics Law.
