Sereyrath has legal experience in both Cambodia and the USA. A member of the Cambodian Bar Association, New York State Bar, and Cambodian National Commercial Arbitration, Mr. Kiri holds a master’s degree in law (LL.M.) from the University of Washington, Seattle.
His practice areas include real estate and construction, corporate and investment, banking and finance, citizenship and immigration, and litigation. Currently, he teaches security, trade, and investment law at the Royal University of Law and Economics. He speaks Khmer, English, Mandarin, and basic Thai.
