Prof. Sophea is a Member of the Constitutional Council of Cambodia. He is also a lecturer criminal law and criminal procedure at English Language Based Bachelor of Law program.
Dr. Phalthy Hap has become the Director of the Graduate Program of the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), Phnom Penh since late May 2017. He obtained the Master of Laws and Doctor of Laws from Nagoya University, Japan. His specialized area is Land Law.
Mr. Sokyana is a lecturer at the Royal University of Laws and Economics (in the English Language Based Bachelor of Law Program) specializing in Public International Law, International Trade Law and Investment Law. He has also trained students for competing in the international commercial arbitration moot in Hong Kong (China) and Vienna (Austria).
Ms. Vandanet is a lecturer in law and the deputy director of the English Language Based Bachelor of Law (ELBBL) Program at RULE.
Mr. Khieng has been teaching in university both locally and overseas since 2003. His teaching subjects include Intellectual Property Law, Cyber Law, Insurance Law, International Trade Law, and International Investment Law, etc.
Ms. Savada is a Partner at R&T Sok & Heng Law Office. She heads the commercial dispute practice of the firm.
Mr. Phanna holds a master’s degree of law from the University of Melbourne, Australia and two bachelor’s degrees from the repuatable Cambodian universities.
Mrs. Boravin Tann has worked as a researcher and lecturer at the Center for the Study of Humanitarian Law based at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), Cambodia, since 2017.
