ELBBL-ELBML Law Review

ELBBL-ELBML Law Review (‘Law Review’) will serve as a legal research and publication platform consisting of contributions from students, lecturers, and legal practitioners on contemporary and cutting-edge legal topics. Authors will have the opportunity to produce research either as a sole author or co-author based on their interests and the type of legal research papers. In this Law Review, the authors will provide a critical examination and analysis of recent legal developments, opportunities, and challenges, as well as the role of law in shaping society.

*Students can opt for International Humanitarian Moot, International Commercial Arbitration Moot or Jessup Moot. The allocation is subjected to first come, first serve basis

Seminar Topics (Subject to Availability)

Each seminar brings in academics, legal practitioners and/or experts in the field to present or provide a guest lecture on a specific topic or issue.
