ADMISSION CRITERIA

ELBBL is a three-year bachelor of law (LL.B.) program. To be admitted to the ELBBL Program, prospective students must:

Prospective students whose foundation degree is other than law still can apply and undertake the admission test and interview. However, upon being admitted a student is required to study oriented courses. The oriented courses can be taken simultaneously while studying in the ELBBL program.

ELBBL admits around 80-90 students per academic year. The admission test usually takes place around July to September. In some academic years, the admission test can be held more than once. In this case, students who did not pass are encouraged to re-apply the test. 

Admission are open between July and September.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fee is USD800 per year or USD420 per semester.

The tuition fee maybe subject to the university policies.

Scholarship

Since 2013, the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (RWI) provides scholarships to female students who complete their foundation year and are admitted to study in the ELBBL program. As of 2021, 77 female students received scholarships from RWI.

To be awarded the scholarship, the students must meet the following requirements:

Seminar Topics (Subject to Availability)

Each seminar brings in academics, legal practitioners and/or experts in the field to present or provide a guest lecture on a specific topic or issue.
