ELBBL Program
ELBBL is a leading English language-based bachelor of law program in Cambodia. Established in 2002, the program has produced a highly qualified workforce that serves the local and compete with other foreign legal practitioners in Cambodia. 20 years later, ELBBL students can be seen practising within both the private and public sectors. As a part of the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), ELBBL aspires to be a crucial key component to the current legal field.
ELBML Program
Established by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MoEYS) Prakas No. 1621 dated 03 October 2019, the English Language Based Master of Law (ELBML) Program is a two-year master of law (LL.M.) program. ELBML is the product of RULE’s broad and long-term vision to enhance English language-based legal education in Cambodia toward a quality comparable to top postgraduate law programs in the region and beyond. To this end, the ELBML program strives to compete with the master of law programs offered overseas, incorporating comprehensive coursework and academic legal research in its curriculum. ELBML is also committed to empowering students to participate in national and international moot competitions as well as relevant extra-curricular activities. Upon graduation from the ELBML program, students will be equipped with comprehensive up-to-date and practical legal knowledge and skills that will help them thrive in a career in law in Cambodia.
