Ms. HING Vandanet

Vandanet is a lecturer in law and the deputy director of the English Language Based Bachelor of Law (ELBBL) Program at RULE. Vandanet teaches International Humanitarian Law, Professional Legal Skills, and Legal Methods and coaches RULE-ELBBL students to participate in the Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Moot, Nuremberg Moot, and IBA International Criminal Law Moot Competition. She is also the head of the Clinical Legal Education Program at ELBBL. In addition to teaching, she has conducted research on various topics relating to constitutional law, criminal law, international humanitarian law, human rights law, and peacekeeping. Before joining the ELBBL, she worked at a prominent law firm in Cambodia. She holds a Master of Laws in Human Rights from the University of Hong Kong and an LL.B. from RULE-ELBBL.
