Prof. HY Sophea

Prof. Sophea is a Member of the Constitutional Council of Cambodia.  He is also a lecturer in criminal law and criminal procedure at the English Language-Based Bachelor of Law program.​ From 1993 to 2004, Sophea was the president of Kandal Provincial Court. From 2014 to 2017, he was a minister of the Ministry of Justice. Currently, he is working at the National Assembly. He holds a Master of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), and a Bachelor of Law from Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
