Adjunct Lecturer: Teaching Financial and Banking Law and Consumer Protection Law

Phany is an adjunct lecturer in law at the English Language-Based Bachelor of Law (“ELBBL”). She has been our Labor Law course lecturer since June 2016. Currently, she is doing her Master of Global Studies: Sustainable Societies and Social Change at Jönköping University, Sweden, which will be completed in June 2024.

Phany has an extensive working experience in the employment and labour relations law. Before going for her current master study, she worked as a program specialist in social at the Hennes & Mauritz AB (H & M) production office in Cambodia for five years. Before that, she was a legal officer at Solidarity Center, an American labour support organization, and a legal advisor at HBS Law in the Labor and Industrial Relations Department.

Phany, on top of her current study, holds a Master of Employment and Labor Relations Law from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She is our ELBBL alumni, and she is also holding a Bachelor of Education (IFL) from RUPP.

Phany’s research areas of interest are employment and labour relations, gender equality, and youth.
