Dr. MEN Vuthyka

Adjunct Lecturer Teaching Advanced Academic Legal Writing

Dr.Vuthyka is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and a commercial arbitrator at the National Commercial Arbitration Center. She is also an advisor to a member of the Constitutional Council of Cambodia.

Vuthyka graduated from Nagoya University (Japan) for her LL.M. and LL.D. in Comparative Law and Political Science, specializing in international commercial arbitration. Upon her return to Cambodia, she has been working in law offices as well as teaching at the Royal University of Law and Economics. Her areas of practice include contract, corporate law, commercial law, and commercial arbitration. Being an adjunct lecturer for bachelor’s and master’s programs, the subjects she has taught include Comparative Corporate Law, International Business Transaction, Introduction to Cambodian Legal Theory and Practices, Legal Writing, and Private International Law.
