Mr. CHAN Sokyana

Sokyana is a lecturer at the Royal University of Laws and Economics (in the English Language-Based Bachelor of Law Program) specializing in Public International Law, International Trade Law, and Investment Law. He has also trained students to compete in the international commercial arbitration moot in Hong Kong (China) and Vienna (Austria).

Sokyana holds a master’s degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po, Paris, France. He has also participated in the Pre-Doctoral Preparation Program in Paris focusing on the interaction between international commercial arbitration and competition law. He has obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the Royal University of Law and Economics and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology in Phnom Penh.

Sokyana is currently a lawyer at the SBC Law Office and a member of the National Committee of Cambodia ASEAN Law Association.
