Legal Officer
at Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF)

I have a few impressions of studying the ELBML program at RULE. Firstly, the curriculum is interesting, and it responds to the recent career market in the law sector. The courses that I studied so far have provided me with a better understanding of the flow of financial transactions for business operation, Cambodia’s investment regime its benefits of being a WTO member, the fundamentals of legal research, key principles and techniques for drafting commercial contracts as well as the process for settling commercial disputes through arbitration. Another important thing, the courses are taught by lecturers who are experienced lawyers, criticizing and specializing in different areas of commercial law. The course materials and assignments are well-prepared. The lecturers are so kind and supportive. They’ve provided us with a lot of support and guidance. The last important thing about the program is that I feel so related to my classmates. We always share our learning experiences as well as the knowledge we have gained from the courses.
